It was ok. Way overpriced for what you received - but then it is Naples. No tissues in room and desk said they were not provided. Pictures are deceiving. Select room carefully. Not all rooms have kitchenette. Refrigerator did not have freezer portion. Carpet areas in room were stick on and were dirty. The shower pressure was very good and there was plenty of warm water.

First room had no working tvs..yes, this is their best suite. Second room had a dirty couch and was pretty worn. The biggest no star ..is the shower..paint peeling off ceiling and NO HOT WATER for the shower, but the sink had plenty. COLD SHOWERS SUCK

Definitely a hidden gem in Naples. The bedroom layout is perfect for family. Having a full stove and oven for the week was perfect!

The overall facilities felt neglected and not taken care of other than cosmetic touchups to conceal true conditions. The room was clean, I guess, but the facilities are asking for a deeper care such as proper removal of drywall, reinstall, paint. The sink was missing the drain stopper, the bed covers had a cigarette burn hole, and the carpet… the carpet is overdue for a replacement. There is no amount of room floral spray that will make unclean feel clean— do the repairs necessary. As it is usual, the photos displayed are never the true conditions, but the conditions encountered were much worse. Due to short notice we couldn’t find something else, but have certainly checked off this of our list and will not be revisiting.

Didn’t give me the suite I booked through here. Half the value or less of what I paid for. Too exhausted to walk a mile back to the office when we only had a room for a few hours. They knew they gave us a sub par room based on the price because the front desk guy asked me how much it was

Check in was easy with good customer service. The bed linens were clean and fresh as were the towels. However, our feet were brown from the dirty floors. The tub faucet fell off in my hand. The water in the shower wasn’t hot and to have any kind of warmth to it, the water came out in a very slow stream. I’m took me a long time just to rinse my hair because of the lack of water pressure. There was a gap in the door. I couldn’t see out, but it let in cooler air and I could hear every sound outside. There is no breakfast, but there’s an IHop next door. Pool was nice with a lovely courtyard. Hot tub looked nice.
