The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is two flight up. (and there is an elevator)

I Can’t overemphasize location.
ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks form Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A very short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

Check-in process was a breeze! Great communication with our host Elliot! We had a minor issue with the thermostat upon arrival and he was extremely prompt in getting back to us and rectifying the situation. Within a few hours that same evening we had a new thermostat and was able to control the temperature in the condo to our liking. Although a bit dated the condo was clean and comfortable and served our purpose as expected. We particularly like the location to all of what Naples and the surrounding area has to offer. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area was well maintained and a good size. The bonus was having Hogfish Harry's right there in the middle of the property! Excellent food and convenient! We would definitely book again when in the Naples area! Thanks Eliot!!

Perfect spot

We were in town for a sports tournament and this was the perfect spot. Space for our family to spread out and close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants and just 15-20 min from the fields. We had a great stay at Park Shores Resort! Perfect location 5 minutes from the beach! Pool was lovely and Elliot communicated with us all the while. There was some construction on-going, but really only heard it from the Lanai. Nice having a restaurant on-site as well!
