Very clean, nice and quiet, and in a fantastic location. You can walk around the corner to Wynn's Supermarket, which is very upscale. Easy walk to 5th Ave. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Will book again.

Great location. Good deal.

A great deal on a rental in the heart of everything Old Naples has to offer. Steps from the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. A short, very manageable walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Unit was perfectly clean, but could use some updates. Especially the bathroom. Also, a pet peeve of mine, but I’m paying hundreds of dollars in fees, I should not have to track down the owner/manager/agent whoever (the listing is unclear) to get basic info like the address and access code. Further, if I’m paying hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees, I’m not doing the laundry. These things are not a big deal, but could be handled better.

Excellent location!

Stayed for a whole month and had a great time! Easy 15 minute walk to beach, downtown (eg 5th Ave) or Tin City. Several very good restaurants also within walking distance. Very clean condo in small quiet complex with nice pool. Kitchen faucet could use better water pressure but still would recommend as a great vacational rental.

Great Location & Pool, Good Management

This unit is in a quiet building of 8 units that is very close to 5th Ave restaurants & shops - we walked there every night. We had an issue with AC not working & mgr responded quickly and moved us to a different unit since it wouldn'gt be repaired quickly. Manager's communication was good. Parking is assigned & convenient. We really enjoyed the pool - felt like we had it to ourselves. Only comment is that it's more dated than the pics make it out - everything is comfortable & clean so not a problem - just a littled dated and worn, and the sliding door locks weren't secure.
