Good central location

We were late getting into Naples but had been given good directions and instructions on how to access the building. The lift was very old but functional and we never had any problems with it. Our room was spacious and clean and we were pleased to see it had a safe. Luca was extremely attentive and helpful after our train was (extensively) delayed and we could not reach him before the front desk closed for the day. His helpful directions and continued contact made what might have been a stressful arrival so much simpler We found it a little strange that we never, at any time, saw anyone in reception so we're not sure if was manned or not The location is good for access to the metro and train station

Snoozing Hotel

Ready to get snoozed by the building in every few minute interval? This hotel is for you! Want to get limited by an ancient lift by obligating to pay 10 cents on weekdays before 7pm? This is for you! The hotel condition is subpar, I have the most concern with the shower system. The trouble I had is that I did not know both of these issues upfront. The elevator issue is well known in the comment section, but not the shake! And the best part of this is the respond from Luca is that this is common in Napoli! Oh well I suppose everyone loves the shakes.

We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us. Also, looking forward to returning soon.

Such a gem of a place. We will be back

This place was so great we initially booked for 2 nights and extended our stay. The staff are super friendly. The owner Lucca and his girlfriend Alice have such style. They made our stay so comfortable. Each beautifully designed sweet has a theme. Art ,travel, music. We stayed by choice in three different suites, each with wonderful different qualities.

Mixed experience

Great room and friendly staff. Building the apartment was in was quite run down but seemed standard for Naples. Lift required an 10 cents coin so had to walk up 130 steps on most returns as didn’t have a coin. Would help if there was a change machine or just a free lift! Area around the hotel was run down but again standard for that part of Naples. Great location for visiting Pompeii though.

It is like a family hotel. It is a big apartment with several room for different guests. The place is close to the train station. It is also easy to walk or take metro to many places in Naples. The staff there was really nice.

We contacted the management to let them know our original flight was cancelled and we would arrive on the following day. When we arrived no one was available to let us in. Spoke with management and they informed us that we would need to return the following morning at 10 am to meet with agent. Arrived and waited half an hour for agent. The building isNOT on any gps so taxi drove around for 25 minutes for a 10 minute ride cost 25€ . Had to stay in nearby hotel for 200€. The flyers in establishment said we could have late checkout at 13:00, but only person there was leaning person would was leaving at noon. Agent did not speak English and was frustrated with us for not speaking Italian. Elevator service was pay to ride. We were told it was complimentary however the jar was empty and nobody was available to provide and coins. TVremote was dead and once again nobody was available to help. The room was clean and decorated as per photos. However the building was deplorable and unsafe area. Feel like I was spoofed on the condition which was listed as superior. Fell we should get a two night refund.

Very disappointed We were told on the morning of our arrival that some services ie elevator , airport shuttle and hot water were not available due to “ earthquake” and lightening the night before- we couldn’t understand this as all other services were functioning in the city and airport. - No hot water until late evening of our second day then limited hot water available Elevator was out of service until second evening No hotel shuttle available The lodging was not as advertised or previously reviewed

Thank you to Alice & Luca and team. We enjoyed our stay. N’Art is an easy 4 min walk from Napoli Centrale, so if you are arriving by train, this is an easy location to find. N’Art team are very nice and helpful. Room is simple and very nice, really comfortable bed! Air con works really well. Breakfast and coffee was fresh and nice. Highly recommend 😎

Great stay at N’art suites. Very close to central station and metro as well as restaurants and laundry. Excellent communication - was able to message with owners about any questions and got clear instructions on check in. Greatly appreciated being able to check in early. The owners were very sweet and place had a cute vibe, a true B&B. Great local recommendations from the owner on check in. Would def stay here again.
