Lovely place with all the thoughtful details throughout our room. It was pretty lively at night we weren’t expecting that. Room access was a bit of a challenge. Staff was always accommodating and available if we had a question. Thanks again the the great hospitality.

Great Location

Nice room with a perfect mix of old and new. Location is perfect. A full-length mirror in the room would be nice, as would better water pressure in the shower. Overall, an A+!

The rooms were a very good size, and in a good location - not right in the centre but close enough to walk around, I loved the location! I didn’t meet any staff but the ow we was very nice and very good at keeping in contact throughout my stay and making sure I was ok and enjoying myself! Really nice clean bathroom also! The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast - it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either.

The location is perfect. The only downside of this place is the noise of walking in the hallway during the morning as you are sleeping, and also, the wifi is troubling at all times. I have been in Naples for the past three months and in a few different places; I did have this much problem with wifi connections.

Great B&B

Belledonne Suite & Gallery is fantastic. Everything was great - area, service, room, breakfast... I would like to thank Ramon for his excellent service and hospitality. Just one example - I took a taxi from the airport and I forgot my camera in it. Thanks to Ramon's help and the taxi receipt, the taxi driver gave me the camera back in 20 minutes. Belledonne Suite & Gallery is in a very good and secure location, 10 minutes from the sea. Staying at this B&B is well worth the money and I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, noisy location

Whilst the room was nice, and tastefully decorated, the Chiaia area was incredibly noisy. Most bars stay open until well into the morning, and the refuse collectors are generally out tipping glass bottles into skips/lorries from anywhere around 5am. Our room had no air conditioning, despite it being listed as a 'room amenity', so we had no choice but to sleep (poorly) with the balcony doors open. We were savaged by mosquitoes on two of the nights of our stay. There was no free water, and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. There was a general kitchen/living area for all three suites, with kettles and coffee, but we were not invited to use them ourselves. We had breakfast in the B&B on the first day, but it was incredibly basic (think pre-packaged bread, juice, and a not-great pastry), so we skipped it for the rest of our stay. There was also very limited WiFi, which did not stretch as far as our room. It was rather an expensive hotel for what I feel we received whilst there.
