We enjoyed our two month stay at this property. The location was perfect. It was just a few minutes to Marco Island and close to the places we like to visit in Naples, including the beaches, Tin City, 5th Avenue, etc. Walmart was close as well as a Publix for our grocery needs. The open layout of the condo was great. Being in the kitchen, you are still part of the conversations. The lanai was a bonus with washer and dryer in the unit. It was great resting out in the lanai, looking out at the waterway and counting the alligators going by. It was beautiful. The pools were a nice change from the beaches and we took advantage of the tennis/pickleball courts.With that said, there were some things that needed to be repaired, updated or replaced. I did share with the owner these concerns. Some of the outlets do not work properly if not at all. Blinds are “sticky” even after cleaning with soap and water. Sheer curtains in primary bedroom were torn. Bedding outdated and sheets “thin”. The stove is old and rusty, probably 40 years old, the freezer rack in refrigerator was rusty, worked properly but has seen better days. And it could definitely use an updating on painting and updated lighting/fans. We did have a wonderful time here. Ciro is a very nice person to work with. He was concerned with the items brought to his attention. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again.
