The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, this delightful house offers everything you need. Experience what Naples has to offer with a stay in this home. LOTS OF GOLF courses and shopping. Beaches are less than 10 miles away. Restaurants also on site and at the pool area. Patio has a relaxing area with table and relax with a book. Two car garage and plenty of parking in front. Also there will be additional fees for a background check for rentals if you want to use the amenities and a minimum 30 days rental that you will need to pay, or rent without the access to the amenities.
