The room was functional and the location was great for us as we like walking along the seafront. The reception staff was great in arranging for us to get our room key after the reception desk was closed at 6pm.

Noisy; next to public car park, with assorted hoons at night; very busy during the day; council workers emptying bins at 5:45am making a racket. If you’re unlucky enough, to get an ignorant and inconsiderate person in the rooms next to yours banging around at all hours. Shower pressure so so; temperature of shower fluctuates badly; going from warm to hot, or cold. Wifi very poor; intermittent, or not at all. Room itself is nice, but doesn’t make up for the rest. Was very happy to leave. These are not complaints, they’re facts.

Booked at last minute and a great price it wasnt a seaview room but that was fine for me plus one of the largest rooms ive been in.3 minute walk to sea and plenty of restaurants . Gladly stay here again

Staff that arrived early from the restaurant next door where noisey. Our bathroom vanity was not wiped down from Saturday until we left. Wednesday morning. Eg toothpaste foil was there all the time. Mostly an enjoyable stay.
