What an amazing Hotel. Big well-appointed rooms with an old worldy charm. Excellent bars and restaurant for breakfast. Right in middle of CBD for easy walking.

The Art Deco Masonic Hotel was beautiful, and the staff were quite helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the style and historic feeling while staying there. The room was extremely clean as well - definitely better than other hotels we've stayed in recently. Its location is ideal for walking anywhere in Napier, and the hotel parking situation was pretty convenient (2-3 min walk a couple blocks over). You'll have no problem getting to restaurants, art galleries, the National Aquarium, the Faraday Museum, and the oceanfront from here. We would stay here again in the future.

The staff were wonderful, nothing was a bother and beaming smiles. We had a small problem with the first room allocated and it was not an issue to change to a much bigger room with no additional cost. Excellent stay

We stayed in the apartment in this cool Art Deco hotel. Beautiful and so big. Loved every minute. Staff was also wonderful. This is the best hotel in Napier.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was nicely renovated in an Arr Deco retro cool theme, plus it’s located in the middle of town so an easy walk to cafes and shops.

I was welcomed on arrival, staff were excellent, whenever you went pass one they said good morning or afternoon have a lovely day. my room was very clean. I was there to relax so was disappointed that they did not have prime, Netflix or sky. Like all other places I have stay recently they did not have the option to have light milk in the fridge. I would however definitely stay there again.
