"I come to New York around this time annually to go to the Hip Hop Ed Conference. I choose to stay at Opera House instead of a closer hotel because of the beauty of the hotel and how nice the staff is. Zue is usually who I'm greeted by year after year and she is kind and knowledgeable. Give that lady a raise! I'll be back next year!"

The halls just reek of weed. The mattress was probably the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. You could feel the springs. Pillows were so thin we needed a just to sleep."

"The room was pretty BUT the air didn't work and it got up to 87! Called for maintenance twice before they arrived and it still would not pump out cold air. It was cooking in there! Plus I saw another room had water flooding out the door! Looks like it came up from the lamenent flooring."
