New build, self contained, 1 bedroom garage apartment, bright, clean and completely separate from the primary residence.

Sleeps 2-3, full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room, Free wifi, tv and parking. Go for a swim and enjoy the park or visit the General Store, Jingle Pot Pub for some delicious Fish & Chips, Serious Coffee or have a game at Splitsville Bowling Alley!


Walk across the street and head to Westwood Lake which is known for its many Hiking/ Biking Trails including the 6.2 km trail around the Lake! Paddle-Board/Kayak Rentals also nearby. Visit Nanaimo's Historic Downtown Core, Hullo Ferry and Swylana Waterfront! Close to all major Bus Routes, VIU, Conference Centre, Live Theatre, Shopping centres. Owls nest was such a lovely place to stay for 3 nights in Nanaimo.Extremely clean and a very well thought out accommodation!I loved all the little added owl accessories around the apartment and outside.Great communication from Jodi the host.Would definitely stay again when in Nanaimo!

This is a great, clean property to stay at. The bedroom and pull out couch were very comfortable. You do have to climb a flight of stairs to the unit. Not a problem for us. Very quiet, beautiful location.
