"Great location in Westlands near upscale Westgate mall. Easily accessible. Staff very warm and responsive. Manager Paul is exceptional and his reception desk staff. Nice restaurant onsite, with very welcoming staff, great food. The main issue is beyond the hotel's control, that is, overwhelming construction site noise on all sides of hotel. Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use hands without gloves to make beds, hold linen, cups, water bottles immediately after mopping floor with bare hands without washing hands! Bed linen and towels need replacement, they are worn out and changed from white color. There were some plumbing issues. But again, staff were responsive and caring, which made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel despite the few negatives which can be addressed if possible."

"Third stay here for business and it remains one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff are consistently excellent and very friendly, food is brilliant, gym well equipped, convenient location, and the room upgrade was well appreciated. I will certainly be back."
