"This is an older hotel. The ladies are the reception were very friendly. Luckily we had the second floor because the floors were very squeaky! It’s in the middle of town which is great for walking around. There is a Black Bear Diner right next door. That’s convenient if you don’t want to look around for places to eat. The breakfast was ok. It was very crowded and the attendant had a hard time filling up the items. She was very sweet though. Would probably pick another hotel if we were to stop here again. "

"Mikki was an excellent host, clear check in directions, welcome book had information on checking in and out, things to do in the area, and places to eat. The house was clean and had ample supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. If you don’t like being in the country, this place is not for you, but we loved it. National Parks are easy drives away, and there were many country roads to explore the area."

"The place had everything I needed. It was very clean inside, but the outside was a little rough. Beware, this place is in town, with neighbors. I believe the neighbor to the south is unhappy this place is a VRBO. In protest, they ran a very loud construction site type gas generator all day and all night. I alerted the host, but that didn’t stop the generator… I laid awake in bed until 3am or so when the generator began to sputter and finally quit, apparently out of gas. Negative 10 stars for peace and quiet. I would not stay here again. "
