The owner? needs to smile once in a while. Maybe he just didn't like the way I look? Aging and cancer hasn't been kind to me.

The hotel itself is fine and clean; however, the front desk staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to be helpful at all. We called 3 days before and asked for the rooms to be right next to each other-which I was told they would be. I got to the hotel and they put my kids at the other end of the hall from me and told me that they could not change it and did not have any note that I had called. I asked for a late check out-really just an extra hour, not only did they say no---but they were unfriendly and rude about it. Every time I talked to someone at the front desk about the hotel or amenities etc they were put off. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff are horrible. We stayed here because it is a pet friendly hotel, and paid the according pet fee per night. However upon arrival an Indian gentleman with spiky hair came out from the back office and asked us to not to leave our dog in the hotel, and threatened to charge us more when we left? He rambled on about how many bad experiences he has had with previous dogs. He made it very, very, clear they do not like pets. It was an awkward situation. Me and my wife wanted to visit central Utah with our dog these folks made us feel as if we were criminals. They will pace outside your room listening, they will follow you around the property etc. I HIGHLY recommend staying at any other hotel, if you have a pet or not. Shame on you Best Western for letting this family run a branch of your hotels. We will never be back to another Best Western.
