Probably my favorite overnight hotel in Narita. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. On time shuttle service to airport and mall. Did not receive that at another airport hotel in Narita on this same trip. Lawsons in lobby and seems to have good dining choices even though haven’t tried them yet. Would absolutely stay again.

The price for on site dining is high: ¥6800 per person (buffet). Food selection at buffet is mostly western styled food. I wished it could offer more Japanese style food.

One night stay at Hotel Nikko Narita. Very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. We went to Aaon mall and did some shopping as well. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

This is a nice and cozy hotel. Everything is clean and efficient. I would stay here again if given another opportunity. And it’s a good place to rest after a long journey too!

We got a free shuttle bus from the airport, were greeted with a warm welcome. Our luggage was taken our room, smooth check in, friendly, helpful staff. There is a great convenient shop with everything you need. Very helpful staff. Food was nice and reasonably priced. We needed to organise transport to the cruise terminal the next day and the guest liaison manager was fantastic and gave us a list of options and organised a car for us.
