Period home well kept on the main street to the beach or downtown. One and a half blocks to small business district. Two bedrooms up and one in the basement with a walk out stairwell entrance. Room A/C unit. We usually have a breeze here. Big living area. Full kitchen and accompaniment. Some noise on the road out front, but quiet inside house and quiet area behind house with picnic table and fire pit. Great walking neighborhood. Take our bikes and on bike path out your door to the beach or to downtown along Muskegon Lake. Please no gatherings beyond registered guests

Ed is the best host ever!

We had 2 minor issues & Ed came by in a very short time & quickly fixed them!! I haven’t seen that service from any of my previous hosts! Ed truly cares about our stay & also gave us some great local tips. Thanks again Ed! WE will be Back.

The listing for the pool is misleading as the pool is at the owners home. The house had one window AC and only one TV. Basement portable AC was not effective. The kitchen was very warm, no fans. Overall the house is old and has an old smellThe basement bathroom was updated shower was great! It is very spacious but not worth 1000 a night. It is not located close to water but across the street from some construction business Own was very attentive and had great communication. Backyard was small but enough room for the fire pit and picnic table/grill.
