When we arrived, the check in process was great. The front desk workers were friendly and polite. We went back out to our car to get our luggage and went in a side door. While walking inside, my child said, "MOM! Don't step in that!!" I proceeded to look down to find HUMAN FECES on the ground outside the hotel. There were two piles we had to step over. Once we went inside the hotel, we were immediately hit with a wall of pot smell. It was such an intense smell, I was concerned my children would get a contact high. We went into our room, dropped our stuff off and went to dinner. We were in the room less than five minutes. While sitting at dinner, we could smell the pot on us. I called the front desk to ask about a refund and let them know how unhappy I was. The front desk woman said she completely understood us not wanting to stay and told me that she would approve our refund. If I was able to give this negative stars, I would! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!
