Wonderful for two families

The house had a great layout with a big dining room table, lots of seating, and two separate living areas so the kids could be separated if needed. We had plenty of the basics left for us (detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). The location was peaceful and near everything we could need; it was a quick ride downtown. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Cozy Christmas Getaway!

Our family traveled to Charleston to spend Christmas with extended family. Our stay here was perfect. We had private space when we needed it but also the flexibility to spend time with lots of family. The fireplace made the space so Christmas-y and the house was so very clean and well kept. Great spot for a fun family trip!

Property was great to enjoy lovely fall weather in Mount Pleasant. We did several trips to Charleston, which was only 15 mins away. House was close to the airport, outlets, a few nice malls, and a ton of grocery stores and restaurants! We had a great time in the backyard, playing ping pong and using the firepit. Owner was extra attentive to our needs and the house was probably the most stocked house with towels and kitchen necessities. Highly recommend!!

Large, clean, well appointed house located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Host is excellent to interact with and super responsive. We didn't want to leave!

Stayed 3 nights at Simply Sunny Fun and didn't want to leave! Exactly as described and even better than pictured! Beautiful neighborhood we felt safe and enjoyed walking our dog! Perfect location; so close to many beaches and attractions! We felt right at home with all the amenities provided; fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linens and towels. My kids loved the backyard & played ping pong whenever we were "home"! Thank you so much, Paula, if we find ourselves back in Charleston area we would love for you to host my family again!
