"We booked a suite for our family and were disappointed with our stay. The “suite” turned out to be two standard rooms connected by an interior door rather than what most travelers would consider a true suite. The property felt neglected. There was dog waste on the grounds, the carpet felt damp and had an unpleasant odor, and there were no trash cans in the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were hard, and we did not sleep well. The rooms also lacked basic conveniences such as USB charging ports and alarm clocks. The area around the property did not feel particularly welcoming, and there was a walking trail nearby that brought a lot of foot traffic past the motel. We also noticed the smell of marijuana outside during our stay. Parking is open and not gated, and there is no pool or other notable amenities. One of the biggest disappointments was that the online photos made the property appear much nicer than it actually is. In our opinion, the motel looked worse in person than it did in the pictures. The rear balconies were also unusable and added no value to the room. Overall, we were ready to leave as soon as the sun came up and did not feel the stay was worth the price. We would not stay here again. No card drop off box."

"This was the best place I’d stayed in Morro Bay. The property was clean and there are lots of options for food and shopping not to mention it was very quiet. The rooms were small, but just the right size and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating sweet and nice. I brought my dog with me and they just donated all over her so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in Morro Bay."
