"My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Gatekeeper’s Cabin. The bed was comfortable as was the indoor temperature. We had everything we needed as far as amenities, and our kids really, really loved being able to walk outside and pat cows and horses each day! The mountain views were awesome—a beautiful sight to wake up to!I think a new sofa bed for secondary guests (or kids) would be a fantastic addition, as well as a mirror and ironing board (considering the wedding destination that the Scenic Rim is), but these definitely were not dealbreakers! It was, overall, quite a comfy stay, and great value for money in this area. I’d definitely consider staying here again, if ever in Boonah. "
