Studio in a stone farmhouse, surrounded by scrubland and vineyards, bordered by two rivers. Bed and Breakfast on the property.
The studio, with independent entrance, is located on the first floor. You enter a pleasant covered terrace, with armchairs for relaxation, table and chairs for meals.
The interior of the studio is bright thanks to its roof window. Equipped kitchen area, lounge area with convertible sofa, TV and Wi-Fi.
The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine. Maximum height: 1.50m, so it is not possible to stand on the mezzanine. If necessary, the convertible sofa can be used as sleeping.
Shower room-WC with walk-in shower.
For your comfort: ceiling fan to cool you down in the summer.
Access to the swimming pool shared by the gĂźte and the guest rooms. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to early October.
Access on foot to the BuĂšges and HĂ©rault rivers

Des vacances extras

Un grand merci à Fabienne et son mari pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur discrétion. Le gßte était parfait, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Des vacances au calme, juste le "bruit" des cigales pour compagnie, nous ont fait un bien fou. Belle région avec de jolies balades. Nous avons passé de super vacances ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
