My husband and I have stayed at this property several times. The quality has gone down in some areas of the hotel. We had the most amazing maid AIDE who took care of me and of all my needs everyday . Aide works on the 5th and 6th floor 💓 She is a true asset to this property . Pablo the bell man has been there for many years and was also amazing . Katherine at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us . We had an mis understanding and she fixed it like very quickly and professionally. Katherine , Aide and Pablo made our stay very comfortable and easy . It’s a shame that the Resturant at the hotel is not good . At times one just wants to stay at the hotel but the food isn’t good . The space is so beautiful they need a great chef and people would come and enjoy the Resturant . Around the hotel has amazing restaurants and the shopping is excellent .
