Avoid it..incompetent staff..and issues all around

If you do not expect to have warm water in your shower..you will like it here. If you do noy expect the staff to KNOW anything..this is your tupe of place. If you do not expect them to live up to their included breakfast..this is your hotel.. My advice, having travelled to 63 countries .find a different place...the staff are incompetent on the neighborhood, there was NEVERA warm water in the shower, and the restaurant was not even open on our first day of "included " breakfast. I had to argue about some type of credit. TRUST ME...uou can and will find better..they just do not get it

The room was cleaned every 2 days and the shower was only cold water. It would have been nice if they hotel would have provided 2 free bottles of water everyday and if the room had a small fridge.

Lo único malo es que para poder usar el elevador tienes que pedir a fuerza el acceso en recepción. Lo mejor sería que cada huésped tenga su propia tarjeta de acceso.

El departamento en sí me pareció bonito y cómodo, muy básico, apenas con lo indispensable para una estancia corta. Es complicada la movilidad en el edificio pues para subir y bajar en el elevador la persona de la recepción y/o el guardia del estacionamiento deben desbloquear los pisos. Yo estaba hospedado en el piso 18 y encontré estacionamiento en el sótano o estacionamiento 4. La piscina y terraza está en el piso 19. De manera que para ir, por ejemplo, de mi carro a mi departamento debía bajar a la recepción para pedir subir al nivel del estacionamiento. O para ir a la terraza, por ejemplo, debía ir del piso 18 a la recepción, para que me mandaran al 19. Una locura.

Es todavía muy nuevo, el personal de recepción se va y se queda todo sin servicio. Tuvimos que esperar media hora para que alguien llegara y nos entregaran la habitación. No hicieron limpieza en ningún momento, aunque estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. Muy industrial, excelente vista, muy linda terraza y alberca, el personal no es el mejor.
