"A lovely hotel with an amazing pool. The food at the pool bar was very nice and good value for money. The sofa bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and we were woken at 8:20 by drilling which was very annoying. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly."

"We had a very enjoyable two-night stay at Vila Galé Tavira Resort Hotel and were impressed by the quality of the hotel and its services. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and inviting. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices to suit different tastes. It was a wonderful way to start each day. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The spa was clean, well organized, and a great place to unwind. A special touch that we greatly appreciated occurred on our last day. We had an early morning train to catch and would miss the regular breakfast service. When we asked the front desk if it would be possible to prepare a takeaway breakfast, they kindly accommodated our request. They packed sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and water for us to enjoy on the train to our next destination. This thoughtful gesture reflected the hotel's commitment to excellent customer service. "We had a fabulous 10 days at Prime Energise. Sadly Hotel.com booked an incorrect room however the hotel did as much as they could to help us. We booked a suite with a full terrace however we only had a small balcony, was annoying but we made sure it did not affect our stay. We had full board which meant we cold either choose from the buffet meals or 20 euro spend towards the The al a carte menu. We choose the al a carte and it was absolutely outstanding with many of the meals below 20 euros anyway. Staff were all so friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool and bar area are again really good and always had spare loungers. Personally we could do without the music but that's just our preference. The beaches at Monte Gordo are outstandingly beautiful with lots of lovely beachside restaurants and bars. We visited Vila Real, Tavira and also hopped over to Ayemonte for the day, all close and certainly should not be missed."
