We were on the ground floor. There was a big hole in the window screen and the window lock mechanism was broken off so the window was unable to lock, which was concerning considering we were on the ground floor. The parking lot and entrances were complete ice, not salted....the entrance to the room was very treacherous. Salt is needed badly...the pool and hot tub were out of service on New Years Eve...very disappointing.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. However, it was freezing cold. I did turn on the heater and adjusted it to a comfortable temperature. Suggest in future that staff turn on the heat awhile before guests’ anticipated arrival. In this case i had called to let them know I wouldn’t arrive until near midnight. I do realize that they don’t usually know exact or approximate arrival time.

Those who travelling with a lot of stuff, there is no elevator, we had to take our baby and stuff and climb stairs. Also, there were no water filters , we had to buy water from the vending machine, which is usually not the case. Overall the stay was just fine.

The first room had 12 plus stains on the carpet. We were shown another room but the hallways, stairways, and area before pool was filthy. During our 40 minutes in the hotel there was a floor mop lying across a hall, this was separate from the dirty laundry and the cleaning cart. The manager of this hotel should be ashamed and needs to be more involved in supervision. The 2 girls at front desk tried very hard, were polite and did refund our money with Expedia. Expedia should investigate this place.

When I booked this reservation I asked to be on the Main level outside entrance. Didn’t get that. The plug to the bath tub didn’t work and I had to buy a plug from the dallorama to have a bath. Other than that we did have a nice stay. Always stay there when I go to Moncton.

They did not clean our room or even give us towels for the second night. There was a spider on our bed, couch was stained, room was in rough shape. Staff were not great, lines at front desk while second employee sat there on their computer (more than once). We will not be returning...

The rooms were clean and comfortable bed. The staff were swamped with check ins, but super friendly and helpful. The Housekeeping staff didnt knock before opening the door to clean the room well before check out time. A big hotel and it was full when we stayed. The vending machines for snacks do not take any kind of payment other than coins so that was inconvenient.

Room was clean bed and pillows incredibly comfortable Downfalls. Less options at breakfast buffet then they used to be. No face cloths in our room. And a bunch of teenagers running loose in the hotel without adult supervision, climbing on the workout equipment in the fitness room messing around in the laundry room Stopping driers by opening the doors, etc.
