Room was 2.5 hours late for check in. They ran out of clean towels so none were given. Manager was rude. Totally unaccomodating to the simplest requests.

This property was alright but not worth the money we paid.. stayed for 6 nights they made our bed once. Had mould on the ceiling in our room. We tried to check out early but was told we would not receive any refund. Wouldn’t recommend paying over $300 a night. Not worth it. Pool was average but very strong chlorine. Breakfast wasn’t terrible. It was only minutes away from magnetic hill/magic mountain.

Not overly clean and definitely not well maintained (carpets in hallways and rooms stained and not vacuumed). Rooms are poorly maintained with paint chipped and scratched all over the walls and doors, corners of cabinets are broken off and look like they have been chewed in some places. Security doors in room areas were propped open with cement paving stones allowing heat and anyone at all who decided to enter whether they belonged there or not. No cups in rooms for drinks and no towels at pool, towels must be gotten from the front desk which is not very close to the pool and is not communicated upon arrival so you don't find out until you get to the pool and then need to walk halfway across the hotel to get them. Breakfast was ok at best, eggs were watery and sausages were cooked, but barely. Beds and couch were extremely uncomfortable.

I had an excellent sleep. The bed was perfect, much better than the sleeps I have at home, however for what I paid, we found the look of the room to be uninviting. Stark walls, no cups for the coffee machine and no glasses in the bathroom. The picture quality on the tv left less than to be desired and it was not able to be mirrored to my computer so we could not stream anything off Youtube or facebook to watch together. Someone was parked in our spot so we could not park in front of our window. The room could not be accessed from its outside door which was the main reason I chose it. Being a senior, I chose that particular room because it appeared on the net to be an easy access from my car. I was not expecting to have to walk that far. Sorry, but you are on my "not coming again" list.

To be honest there are many things that didn't impress me. The towel rack fell off on day 1. Carpets were extremely dirty, bar closed completely on a friday, breakfast was mediocre at best, no cups but a coffee maker in the room, very loud air conditioner, stairs on bunk are unsafe, no elevator so have to carry bags up to the second floor in a smelly staircase. Was directed around the building to get to staircase...after going around see we could have just walked down the hall past the rice on the carpet that sat there for a day and half. Doors were sticky, probably haven't been wiped down since building opened. Floor in room and reception area uneven and bubbling.

The hotel is way more dated than the photos make it seem. The carpet in the hallway smells awful. When we checked in there was a man passed out near the side entrance - I felt very uncomfortable having my children stay here.

The ad said they had ev chargers. I was disappointed when I arrived and saw that the ev chargers were in the process of being installed and not operational. Why advertise ev chargers if you don’t have any yet? Thankfully, there are EV chargers nearby so it wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to have them on site. My kids loved the kids suite, enjoyed the pool, and loved the included breakfast. So close to Magnetic Hill!

There was not enough towels for the 5 of us eventho the booking was clearly made for 5. No cups in the room. The phone to the reception was not working. the remote control was not working and the security deposit was not refund upon our check out and still hasn't. I need my $200 back.

The end of the hotel we were in had a bit of a musty smell, while walking to breakfast I realized the entire place didn’t have that smell. Great breakfast

The day staff when we check in were good. The evening staff not so much. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get our pool towels even though someone was there. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it to the point that our eyes were burning and my friend that was with us had a small asthma attack. Everyone was comment on the state of the hot tub which was horrible. We only got to stay in 5 minutes max. They house keeper was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. I wish I would have caught his name. The AC would not turn off even when we shut it off at the panel and was very loud and sounded horrible. Thankfully it was only for one night.

We were given limited towels( 1 face cloth for a family of 4) no cups or coffee in the room. When asked if we could have some in our room they said they have a limit they are aloud to put in the rooms.. Pool conditions were poor, mold and mildew in bathrooms and scum in the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was meh.

Overall experience was great. Could definitely use a facelift but over all we had a good experience. Pullout Couches in the suites were horrible. To the point where you could not sit on them comfortably. They definitely need to be replaced.

Nice hotel

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. Our only complaint is that the fridge in the room had a huge layer of frost around the freezer compartment and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. The pool was a hot spot for families, which is great!

We have stayed here a few times. The staff are lovely and helpful and hard working. it is nice, the breakfast is great and the kids enjoyed the pool, The facility itself seems aged and needs some repairs. In our room the air conditioner was very loud and would randomly rumble a lot. The ice machine wasn't working and the mattress of one of the two beds was very uneven and sunken in. Not comfortable.
