We arrived during the day to find the house wide open, the key pad didn’t work and the deadbolt didn’t fit into the lock plate. The front stairs were covered in debris which forced us to maintain the area. Upon entering the house reeked of a mixture of mold, BO and decay. The house was unclean and we cleaned and bleached the kitchen and I forgot to mention one of the toilets was clogged. The back yard area looked like a tornado went through there. After contacting the property management about all the issues,,we came back Thursday night to find a pack of batteries thrown on the front porch….On Friday morning we decided we had enough of this place and had to reserve hotel rooms. Many emails later the group decided not to refund 2 of 3 nights back to us and gave us no reason why. I would stay far away from this place and any other property this group manages.
