A maintenance person was sent and, although the drain worked better, it was still not draining as it should. We reported it once more and they mentioned they had no service people on that day, but the service ..."

We reported it once more and they mentioned they had no service people on that day, but the service manager, Paval, showed up (in a suit), took his suit jacket off and started working on it. He fixed it. We were very pleased with the service we received."
