We reported ceiling mold and a wet floor to the duty manager, yet they did not feel as if we experienced less than our moneys worth. We spent a pretty penny for clean facilities and are disappointed.

Check in was a long wait, it appeared as if several people were in training. The room was excellent, very comfortable and nicely appointed. Word of warning, the beds are very firm. We didn’t have a problem with that but I know that some do.
