The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We loved looking at all the little details in the decor. The park shuttle was very efficient and comfortable, we did walk to the park a couple of times which took about 30 and was a really pleasant walk.

The front desk staff have a lot of courtesy and are very helpful. The shuttle bus is a big plus. It goes to/from the airport and the MTR station on a regular schedule. A coin operated laundromat is across the hotel. It only takes a minute to walk there. Very convenient.
