It was a very nice setup inside the hotel and very well kept. We liked the hot tub. We weren't impressed with breakfast cuz all there was were waffles and cereal and bread items...no eggs or any kind of meat. No creamer out for the coffee at the breakfast area or in the room.

The room was clean except the tub in the romance suite was so gross with lots of hair and a huge tub ring around it The front desk lady was very nice and helped us right away and we got it cleaned up

We arrived at 11:40 pm and unfortunately there was no clerk to check us in. In our booking we indicated that we would be artiving late due to our flight arrival. We called the number left on the front desk several times but reached no one. Someone came to the front desk at midnight after we initiated a chat with hotels.com. I felt for the clerk as she appeared to be the only staff member working so she was responsible everything. There was no one at the desk at check out either.
