Accurate number of beds/people. Cleanliness is as described in other reviews. House needs TLC in general and a deep cleaning. Area and size of house fit our needs well.

Awesome House, but Dirty

The size of the house was great, and it was in a very nice neighborhood. The large basement was perfect for me and my friends to hang out in. The house was kind of dirty. Lots of stains on the carpet and dents/blemishes on the walls. The garage and closets were filled with a lot of clutter. There was also a large pile of smelly garbage bags in the garage, and the garbage can we were supposed to put out garbage in was nearly full.

Great house. Cleanliness ok

Loved the house. Cleanliness could have been better.kitchen floor was not clean very sticky. Pile of dirt behind laundry room door. We were to take garbage out, which we did, but both garbage cans in garage were already overflowing with garbage. Garage was a mess. All the beds only had fitted sheets, no top sheets. The master had no sheets at all. No extra blankets.

The house is nice inside with lots of bedrooms and baths. The finished downstairs is very nice. The playroom / toy room was a huge hit with our granddaughter. Lots of cosmetic damage inside the home. Holes in walls from door knobs. Paint stain in the carpet at the top of the stairs. Kitchen drawers don't close correctly. The house has been lived in and shows it. The garage is a train wreck. We could barely get one vehicle inside. The driveway had room for one additional vehicle due to the snow being piled up in the extra parking spaces.
