Plenty of parking and convenient location. They have very friendly staff! Everyone is smiling and pleasant. The King Suite bed was exceptionally comfortable as well as the pillows. The mattress is the right amount of firm plus soft. The bathroom was very clean as well. My only complaint is the overall smell of the hotel. It just seems to be just a personally off-putting and heavily scented cleaning product that they use throughout the hotel. I could smell it in all common areas. It’s like a heavy chemical with a floral component that was very bothersome to my eyes and throat. So just keep that in mind if you are sensitive to smells. Otherwise, I would recommend this location for affordability, cleanliness, and safety.

Small communication snafu but otherwise great

Most of the stay was wonderful. They only enter your room upon request and we had asked for sheets to be changed that did not get changed. We believe it was just a misunderstanding between what we asked the front desk for and what they told housekeeping. that’s my only complaint.

Check in was no problem at all. The hotel stay was horrible. The main reason we stayed there was because of the pool. Our granddaughter wanted to swim. The pool water looked like dirty bath water. The hot tub had mold in it. We didn't have enough towels, and I had to go down to the desk to get more, and they didn't give us wash towels. There wasn't enough toilet paper, less than a half a roll. Overall we paid $300+ for a bed. This was the worst experience I have ever had. My granddaughter was so disappointed that she couldn't swim. The young man at the check in desk was very nice. No room service(cleaning) The least they could do is change out towels. You need to step up your game. I expect to hear back from you. Thank you Susan Jackson
