This Hampton Inn was exceptional. Felix, the manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was friendly & had excellent recommendations for dining options. His desk workers were also wonderful & patient. I will definitely stay there again when visiting the Twin Cities.

I've stayed at this property and rated it excellent but this time not so much. This morning at breakfast some people had their dog in the eating area right where people came in for breakfast. There is no reason to bring your dog to breakfast.. Management should not have allowed pets in the eating area.

I loved how the staff went above and beyond to help me with my reservation that was never sent over by Expedia. Expedia messed up our reservations but the staff at the Hampton Inn were very patient with me and helped me to get things straight.

Nice!

Nice, quiet place to stay. The beds were a little lumpy, but the hotel is in process of renovating so everything is starting to look fresh. The staff here was super friendly.
