The hot tub was broken, and they knew that it had been broken since Nov. 2024. The rooms were dirty and we didn’t get the 2 breakfast coupons we paid for, so we are still owed money. The evening bartender on the weekend was VERY kind and helpful. He was the only positive experience we had.

The breakfast worker didn't show up, so our team and any other guests were not able to have the free hotel breakfast which was included in our room rate. The Starbucks on premises was also not staffed in the morning.

Nice spot to stay

We had a 2 bed suite with a pull out couch. It was perfect for us and very spacious, which we really loved when we had visitors that stopped by to see us. Perfect location to stay for all we did as well. Clean hotel all around, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Upon checking found out the hot tub was broke down. The towel rack in our room fell right off the wall. The dresser drawer had a hole right through it. Found a dirty sock under our mattress. Dirty floor in area behind chair with candy. Appears nice in pictures but definitely needs a lot of improvements, cleaning and maintenance. Staff were nice & Mike the bartender was great and accommodating when our group brought food in.
