First when we were checking in there was no one around at the front desk I waited for 10 min and finally had to call the hotel phone number to get someone to help me check in and wait another 5 minutes before someone showed up. The room- the room was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable the bad parts were the fan on the heater was extremely loud and made a grinning noise whenever it was running so Lou that it woke up me up several times during the night there was dead batteries in the thermostat control so we could not change the settings on the heater the the next issue was the TV had no input signal going to it so overall, this was one of my worst experiences at a hotel
