    Property was in bad condition, I didn’t stay there, checked in, room had a bad smell couldn’t breathe well. So I left. Will not recommend this to anyone. Short staffed only one person working, pool was closed.

    The whole situation was bad from the start. I booked the hotel specifically to have an indoor pool and jacuzzi that was shown on the website. I checked in and went to a room that smelled like pot and was dirty and didn't have any bed linens. I asked for a different room and told that there was none. I thought about getting a refund but didn't have many options or time. On top of everything else the pool and jacuzzi were closed and drained. No apology, no understanding. The area was also pretty sketchy. To top it off, there was no full breakfast as advertised. The Best Western is now a Baymont which was also confusing. It seems the property is in transition and right now everything is "off". I essentially barricaded myself in my room and got out of there in the morning.
