Hotels.com did not secure my room at the Hampton. It took two hours to contact a person at hotels.com and they lied to me about my card being rejected. It was hotels.com virtual card and they only emailed the reservation to Hampton Inn. Terribly disappointed, this might go to for overnight stay and I don't trust hotels.com anymore

Anna at the front desk in the remainder of the staff were great they provided Great accommodations allowed for a late check out during our Hockey tournament, which was extremely helpful. Overall, the experience was wonderful.
