Die Zimmer waren sauber und renoviert, bis auf die Haushaltsgeräte und die Badezimmerarmaturen. Der große Kühlschrank war innen und außen sauber, die Schränke ebenfalls. Sogar mein Bett war relativ neu und sehr bequem. Der Ton des Fernsehers war etwas ungenau, die Lautstärke schwankte.

Jessica ist einfach unglaublich. Sie war viel netter, hilfsbereiter und rücksichtsvoller, als ich es mir jemals hätte vorstellen können. Ihr Kundenservice war fantastisch, sie war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und hat sich sogar die Zeit genommen, Frühstückszeiten, WLAN-Zugangsdaten, Passwort usw. aufzuschreiben. Sie hat sich auch die Zeit genommen, mir alles zu erklären, was ich wissen musste oder wollte. Sie hat eine sehr liebenswerte und aufgeweckte Persönlichkeit und man fühlt sich sofort wie bei einem Gespräch mit einer Freundin.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sogar für die Küche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und begrüßt die Gäste morgens und abends mit einem Lächeln. Besonders Mayur, der sich stets sehr darum bemüht, dass sich die Gäste in diesem Hotel wohlfühlen.

Während meines Aufenthalts hatte ich außerdem die Gelegenheit, einige tolle Menschen kennenzulernen. Kevin (mein Nachbar aus Wisconsin) ist ein Mann, auf den man sich verlassen kann (ein absolut zuverlässiger Typ).
