This was our first time traveling with pet. The room was good but because they have all pet rooms by the doors to easily access the back it was not good for us as our pup barked every time she heard the door open / close. Other then this it was ok.

Sheets had dried blood on them. The other bed sheets were stained. There was stains on the carpet - very noticeable. We called the front desk. He could not give us new ones because laundry was not done. All he could find was 2 fitted sheets from a different room.

The front desk was unattended for about 15 minutes when we arrived. The doors to the service area behind the desk was open. Later, I went down to get towels as the room had none. The staff at the desk said there were no clean towels. I could see the clothes dryer and it was full of fresh towels. The room had coffee stocked but no cups. Shampoo and soap were there but no tissues. Also, the tub fixture to convert to the shower was very unusual, requiring us to pull down on the spout.
