It was very cold in my 2 bedroom suite. The front desk changed my room. And initially I thought problem solved. So after 45mins to 1 hour cold cold room all over again. I adjusted the temperature and nothing the heat barely blew from the vents. Mind it was like 7 degrees with a lower wind chill factor. Hotel mgr Kaylah did try her best to accommodate and rectify my situation. But it’s only so much employees can do. Especially when it comes to physical plant of a property. The windows were shut but a lot of cold air was coming through. Had to boil water and use extra blankets to stay warm. Unfamiliar with the area and no transportation I had to deal with it from Sun to Wed. Upon checking out I spoke with GM Sherry and was promised 1 full night comp refund for my inconvenience. Will follow up the hotel on that. Which is not a lot but at least it is an attempt to make things right besides that nice hotel.
