THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR LIST OF HOTELS. VERY DIRTY. SMELLS. COCKROACHES. UNMADE BEDS. FRONT DESK CLERK COULDNT FIGURE OUT TO TO PRINT ME A CANCEL JUST REALLY BAD

I feel like I was catfished by this property. The surrounding hotels are nice - stay there. Here's the list of some things that were not cool: -no towels in the room (had to ask the desk for them) -black mold (a lot) in the shower. -huge hole in the wall (12") where the luggage rack should have been. -no secure entry system on side doors -hot tub had no water -breakfast amenities were not there -tables and chairs were piled up in the lobby. -trim was missing from the bathroom floor. -all of the art in the room was missing (but the hangers for all of it were on the wall). -maid cart sat out in the hall the entire night. -TV did not work.

We had to cancel our stay at the Norwood Inn because of travel delays. I was concerned that when calling the Hotel Desk to cancel our booking.... I was never able to get in touch with anyone at the Hotel... This Did Not Feel Good.... if I could not reach anyone at the Hotel Desk....

The room was filthy and didn't look like it have been cleaned (cobwebs on the sprinkler and ceiling and dirt clumps on the floor). There was one towel in the room. The room had an odor and it was hard to open the door. We left.

There were bedbugs and I wasn’t able to stay the night. They didn’t even seemed concern when brought to their attention

Everything in is ok except towels was not enough. There were no bath towels and hands towels. Only two big towels were there in the room.

Do not stay here! Hotel and room smelled of stale smoke and weed. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat needed replacement, stained and peeling. Wall, outlet and hair dryer had smeared red stains on them. Tile in bathroom broken. We checked in and checked out without staying the night. We didn’t even feel safe enough to leave our bags there when we left for supper. Decided not to stay there.

The room I was in had a coaches, there was white stuff on the floor the table was broken , there was tight stuff on the walls .. It looked like something happened in there and that it should been taped off
