At our meeting the next day we had a choice of salmon or pepper steak, med rare perfection. Worth going back just for the steak. Do not stay in room 307 if your used to sleeping in the country, The jet noise from the air recycle was horrendous. Lucky to get 4 hours sleep. Word of caution ya'll. Beautiful place, wish their was time message.

Nice hotel, however the room was very very small and the ceiling was so low we bumped our heads walking to the washroom.

Glenerin Inn is a Gem

We stayed at the Glenerin Inn as we had a family wedding at Port Credit G & C Club. It was nice to be so close to the venue. The inn is so beautiful. So much character and history. Every room is unique. The restaurant was particularly accommodating and gracious. The food was delicious and the service was just fantastic. We highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely quaint Inn backing on to a treed area ideal for taking a stroll. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds and bedding are rather comfortable. Room service has the same offerings of the onsite restaurant. We had an issue with the thermostats in our room and the staff were happy to provide another room to stay in. We will return for another stay

I've stayed here before and enjoyed my stay. This is the reason why I came back however, my room was extremely cold this time. The thermostat did not work. There also was not enough parking, even with the back

Our stay was lovely! There’s so many activities, shopping, dining very close to the area. We had a great time, the bed was super comfortable and the room had a lot of natural lighting. I’d love to come back very soon

Service for food and room-service was good. The room I actually ended up staying in was very comfortable. Other services and communication need improvement. Upon check-in, was told immediately that my room had very slanted ceilings and I 'might bump my head'. I was offered an upgrade - which I appreciated until I was told (after probing) that there was a charge. Since I am only 5'3", I viewed the room to confirm it would bother me, and the tiny room would have, indeed, been uncomfortable for me. I paid, begrudgingly, for the upgrade. Given it was a one-night stay, and an off-peak Tuesday night, I did ask about waiving the upgrade fee but was told that the fee was already 'waived' for early check-in. I booked online the same day as my visit, called a few hours later to ask if a room was ready, they said yes, and I checked in. No mention was made of waiving fees, which I do appreciate, but I would have chosen to wait and get a normal-sized room vs checking in an hour early if there was going to be a concession. All that said - I cannot fault them for not giving me something for free, and I could have done more thorough research on room layout. There were better ways to handle the communication from a customer service perspective. This 'slant' issue should have been made apparent somewhere before I finalized the booking (it seems to be a known source of guest complaints on arrival). Perhaps keep the 'complimentary' upgrade in back pocket instead of early check-in.
