"No pool attendants or towels. Gym and pool were not available to those under 18. I can understand for much younger kids, but while supervised, some tweens and definitely teens should be able to use these amenities."

"Tuve una gran decepción. cuando elegí la habitación al reervar tenían la opción de Habitación en Piso Superior con acceso a Sheraton Club, lo quería para reuniones y tenia un valor considerable por nochemas alto que en pisos bajos. Por este tipo de habitacion cobran un valor adicional ya que es en piso alto por lo general hay unas salas especiales con bebidas soft y snacks, además de la vista. Al llegar y hacer el check in me querían dar una habitación en el piso 2 porque estaban haciendo una remodelacion en el piso 8 y todo esos pisos estaban cerrados. Me querian dar en el piso 2 dizque por el ruido. Me quejé y me dieron una en el piso 7, que igual era una categoria ligeramente inferior. Me parece una falta de respeto y una falta grave que el hotel cobre un valor alto por un tipo de habitación en piso alto Expedia sabiendo que tiene las tienen temporalmente no habilitadas y no ofrezcan una compensación y sin mas lo manden a uno a un tipo de habitación por la cual cobran menos. Habia acceso a un dizque Happy Hour bien pobre en el lobby de 6 a 9 pm y encima sin poder llevar un invitado. Un total desastre."
