"The cleanliness was excellent and the bed was great for sleeping. However, the birds in the trees outside our window woke us up every morning at 4:30 am. That's mother nature and not something the hotel could do anything about. For the amount we were paying, the bathroom was very small."

"I had a great stay at the Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel. The property was clean, well maintained, and made a great first impression. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. Most restaurants, shops, and attractions were within easy walking distance, so I rarely needed to drive.
