Here’s just one of many: before I checked out I texted to have my car sent up. When I came down my car was there but it was locked and there was no one present to retrieve the keys. I don’t blame the line personnel on the cleaning staff, in the restaurant or on the valet service but clearly the managers here have no concept of good customer service and should be dismissed."
