"The staff was great! Especially Tai! Super friendly and helpful. the night auditor was awful. She seem bothered when just asking basic questions, while she watched what was on her ipad/tablet. I asked if they had body wash to sell, she seemed annoyed, she said my room should have some, and I said it didn't. She rolled her eyes because she had to pause her show and walk to the back room to grab a bottle of soap that was suppose to be in the shower. Then the next few nights, I asked simple questions she mumbled and was just awful. Even the maintenance who was moving to Chicago, he was great and friendly. The staff during breakfast was awesome. It would be nice to see all food like cheese, fruit and milk in a bin of ice. Room temp was weird. The bed are comfy, and A/C runs perfectly cold, but the bathrooms need updated. I had broken tiles and mildew along the caulking. The fridge was loud and leaked, it froze my food- so that needs work on. I wish they had more weights in the gym, it just goes up to 20lbs and its pretty crammed in their with all their cardio machines. I like to workout while on vacation, so the gym was a 2/5! Have an adjustable bench and remove the other bench. I would stay there again even with the unfriendly night auditor and feeling a little run down. The other staff made up for it. Plus we loved Gary, she was the best part of our stay, Location was great not to far from anything. Everything was walkable! 10-20min depending where you wanted to go."
