Whether you're in town for business, a dream cruise or a beach vacation, this is the ideal location. Our condo is just a few steps away from Bayfront park with the popular Bayside Marketplace and it's impressive observation wheel; and less than 2 miles from the Miami Cruise Terminal. The Miami Heat FTX Arena is just a short 10 minute walk away. There are several free public transportation options available throughout the immediate Downtown/Brickell area and the free Miami Metromover "First Street Station" right across the street. As a bonus, you will have full access to the building's pool and 24/7 gym.

The condo itself has everything you will need, including a washer and dryer inside the unit and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Both the beautifully decorated living room and the comfortable master bedroom have 65" smart TV's and a high speed WiFi connection for your entertainment needs. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Need some work done? We have a dedicated work desk for you, located inside the bedroom.

Daily parking at the College Station Garage is $15/day (no re-entry) or $20/day (unlimited re-entries, advanced purchase required).
