"The rooms were clean, although ours had a slight unpleasant smell. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The staff were amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. One feature we really appreciated was the SMS service, where every question or request was responded to quickly and efficiently. The buffet breakfast was excellent and definitely worth it. There was a huge selection of quality food, with some options changing each day, which kept things interesting. Pros: * Friendly, helpful staff * Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety * Nice views * Modern, well-maintained pools * Complimentary theatre room that can be booked to watch movies (highly recommended!) * Comfortable bed * Good water pressure * Quiet rooms Cons: * The lifts were quite slow, and there were often queues during busy times. * The room was a little dated. * Slight unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The exceptional service and excellent breakfast easily outweighed the minor negatives, and we’d happily stay here again."

"Our room was spacious, house keeping did an excellent job every day. The gym had limited floor space, could perhaps have some little cubby shelves to put belongings in, one of the two treadmills not working. The beach view was awesome. The lifts were noisy next to our room. Very convenient location in Surfers."
