All the staff were very friendly and helpful - two of the names I remember were Jade and Paul but I can't fault anyone. We had arrived early so our bags were taken from us so we could start to explore Lille and when we returned, the check in process was completed quickly. Our rooms were very clean, basic but had everything needed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and very good coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
