The staff should be aware of federal regulations regarding service animals. Not emotional support animals but medical alert animals. They are not and it was difficult to check in. When I reserved my room I was very clear I had one. I was told it was fine and no charge would be required. They tried to charge me $50. I eventually got checked in. But they didn’t make it easy or comfortable for me. I probably won’t be back.

Worn out room and dirty. My wife found gum on the floor. The tub was clogged which we unclogged. Walls were chipped up with obvious pictures missing. Furniture was scratched and beat. We had a $50 pet fee, even though when I booked through Expedia, it stated that "pets stay free".

First...staff was awesome. They were the best. Helpful, kind, and very friendly. Second...the hotel itself, was kind of dirty. Floors were not clean, and in the room was somewhat clean, but the pillows were all lumpy and it was odd there were no cups available.

Hotel policies were changed with a printed sign, have stayed at this hotel multiple times prior to this and the pet friendly & pets stay free has always been in effect, site said same still applied this time, but we showed up to a sign that said pets not allowed 275 fine if found on site, not very friendly, I’m guessing new owners, but if they are not going to adhere to La Quinta policies, maybe it shouldn’t be La Quinta anymore

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Lobby was dirty, including floors, walls, trash cans ect.. The room was terrible. Walls were all chipped up, broken window with tape holding it together - and the tape was peeling off, furniture including nightstands, desk and dresser all dirty and damaged significantly, bathroom tub was dirty drizzled with coffee or soda I’m assuming. The carpet along the walls was full of hair , dust and dirt. The beds were not even looked at since the room was such a wreck. I did inform the front desk and asked if I could get a refund and she denied my request but offered another room. I told walker through the new offered room and moved our things, the new room was not really any better I told the front desk- it atleast didn’t have a broken window. We were on a time frame and had to leave and the front desk said she would have to talk to management to do anything else. We returned 5 hrs later at 9:30 pm after our engagement and asked the front desk if management was able to discount room or do anything to accommodate our un happiness with the $240 room charge. The front desk lady was very hard to understand and was not able to help in any way. We asked for a receipt of charge and left the hotel not staying the night. With a hotel this dirty I could not rest easy that the bed accommodations would be any different. I did read reviews before booking and there were no red flags. I am very disappointed with the hotel and hotels.com.

Where was urine on the toilet seat. The room smelt old. From the area behind the TV look like it had not been dusted in weeks. The manual stopper for the bathtub, has rust all around it. The cabinet where the microwave is stored. Smelled musty. We really did not enjoy our stay, and will not stay at this hotel again.

Lady at the front desk is rude and just flat out unpleasant .If she hates her job that bad , please quit , your are making it miserable for everyone else. The room itself was not clean stains on the shades, drywall patches unfinished, food in the sinks. I would leave her name but, she doesn't wear a name tag ever. This hotel does not represent La Quinta or Wyndham well at all.

Terrible place to stay! Do not stay here. This hotel was probably the most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything in our room was rusted, old and rundown. The room was super dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Someone tracked mud all over the hotel and it was there our entire stay. One of the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. We asked for a late checkout (noon), which was approved by the night shift person. So on the day we were supposed to checkout the receptionist automatically checked us out at 11am even though we had been approved for a late checkout at noon. When we asked her about it she couldn’t tell us why she did it. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get out key cards to work to let us back into our room. When we finally checked out about 5 minutes before noon and I was turning in my key cards to her she scoffed at me like there was a problem. Never will I stay there again let alone a La Quinta!
