"The staff at front desk, security, and in the restaurant were are friendly and helpful. The hotel is unique for sure. Only complaint about the room is that they do not allow for AC use in March so the room was extremely warm through the night. After traveling all day, we would have liked to enjoy a night cap in the lounge, but it closes at 9:30 pm. Not good."
